What to expect at BFC

Upon arrival you will find friendly people to greet you.  BFC is a loving and accepting church, our focus is on making you feel welcome no matter what.  If you come for Adult Bible Fellowship and Children’s Sunday school you will find we have coffee, donuts, and bagels in the commons area prior to the classes.  Please feel free to join us. This is a time of fellowship and you will see the sense of family we have here at BFC. Afterward, classes begin at 9:30 a.m.  You will find we have something for everyone of every age from the child to the adult.

If you come for the worship service, which begins at 10:30 a.m., you will be directed to the sanctuary.  If you have children younger than four years old we will show you where our well staffed nurseries are located.  Your precious children will be well taken care of in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.  For their protection, we offer a security calling system that allows you to be notified if you are needed in the nursery immediately.  Also, your child will not be released from the nursery to anyone else but you.

We start our worship services with the whole congregation greeting one another.  We then move into corporate worship for fifteen to twenty minutes.  Our worship is led by our Worship Team and consists of a blended style of music.  This includes contemporary praise and worship as well as modern hymn arrangements and classic hymns styles.  Just prior to a special music performance and the message, the children four years old through the fourth grade are dismissed to Children’s Church. There the children will hear a message from the Bible that is relevant to their lives.  They also will participate in a craft project.  While your children are enjoying themselves in Children’s Church you will continued to be blessed in the worship service.

Pastor Bachman will bring a message from the Bible that will also be relevant to your life.  Through sound Biblical teaching and preaching you will receive messages that will grow your faith, draw you closer to Christ and others, and challenge you in your service to Christ.  Everything at BFC is focused on the gospel; from the music to the teaching and preaching.  It is the mission of BFC to help you build Godly relationships in your life now that will last for your eternal life.
