Dr. Newcomer is a gifts speaker and has been sharing his Biblical insight at marriage conferences for several years. He is the Associate Pastor of Colonial Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, VA. He also teaches at Central Baptist Theological Seminary as a Pastoral Theology Professor.
